    Abstract
The entire internship experience acquired in the Courier Department of Pathao Limited has been recorded in this report. It is prepared in four major parts that play a major role in the general worth of the report. In the first part, an analysis of the organization in which the internship was performed is carried out. Its primary objective is to establish more in-depth knowledge of the operations of the company such as its core functions and its organizational setup. The first section of the paper examines Pathao's services, organizational structure, and place in the e-commerce and logistics industry. I learnt how Pathao uses technology to satisfy the increasing demands of urban distribution while also increasing its influence and reach locally and in markets such as Nepal. The second segment examines the company in the industry it operates in, so that it gives vital information about the wider business environment as well as other elements determining the industry environment. The internship placed a lot of emphasis on streamlining courier operations, particularly how to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction by streamlining the first-mile (pickup) and last-mile (delivery) processes. I handled return packages, assisted the quality control team, oversaw the hiring and retention of agents, and produced daily operational reports, among other practical duties Pathao's internal and external issues, including infrastructure constraints, high agent turnover, and gaps in technology adoption, are also highlighted in the research. I have made recommendations based on these insights, which include investing in more robust communication systems for field coordination, using cutting-edge route optimization techniques, boosting worker training, and improving user experience through improved app design. The third section provides an insightful outlook of the ISD (Inside Dhaka Operation) optimization of Pathao Courier, the manner in which the business company controls and works out its working processes. The last passage is a reflection of the tasks and duties that were taken on during the internship, how such experiences assisted the acquisition of practical skills as well as personal growth, which should be useful in the future career activities.
