    Abstract
    Global Assistant Education Consultant firm is one of the education consultants in Malaysia and Bangladesh. It started their journey in 2020. A reliable study abroad agency and student admission consultant. We assist students to study abroad such as in Canada, Malaysia, Japan, UK, USA, Australia, China, India and so more. Our services are consultation for study in abroad, application for study abroad, visa and ticket, accommodation and job opportunity, resume and personal writing service, collaborations with agents, passport and transportation, foreign treatment. For every company training and evaluation is very important. The company growth and performance depend on the employee’s work performance. And training plays an important role on that. Evaluation basically shows that how much the training is affected on the employees. In our company every employee got training for their job responsibilities. The training period is two weeks. After that the employees got one month to show what they actually leaned from that training and their performance evaluate by the HR manager. If any employee did not perform well than the company gives one more month to improve the performance. Evaluation helps to find out the strength and weakness of the employees and helped to determine how to overcome those weakness.
