    Abstract
    In B2B-focused digital marketing agencies, client management is one of the most important tools to bring success to the organization. It helps a business in client acquisition, retention, and organizational growth. The purpose of this report is to analyze the client management strategies of Octopi Digital Limited and identify the strengths and weaknesses so that I can find out the areas where organizations can improve their business relationships, service quality, and operational efficiency. Based on the 4-month internship experience, this report highlighted theoretical knowledge with practical experience. The report covers an overview of the digital marketing industry, an analysis of Octopi Digital Limited’s operations, a study of its client management strategies, and recommendations for improvement. Areas covered include client acquisition, retention, communication, conflict resolution, and execution monitoring. Also, opportunities for innovation, employee well-being, and expansion to new markets. The recommendations aim to make Octopi Digital Limited a sustainable and competitive agency.
