    Abstract
    ShopUp plays a pivotal role in the digital transformation of SMEs in Bangladesh, contributing to economic development by fostering entrepreneurship, facilitating financial inclusion, and driving e-commerce growth. They provide easy access to B2B sourcing, logistics, digital credit, and business management solutions. ShopUp lets its users start an online business easily. The famous products of ShopUp are Mokam, REDX, and Onkur. Mokam is a B2B commerce platform that serves small neighborhood shops, providing access to a wide range of products. Whereas RedX is a logistic service and Onkur is a digital financing service provider. The primary goal of this report is to discuss and understand how ShopUp is using the world of technology, computers, and the internet to successfully operate an E-commerce business in our country and how ShopUp is digitizing neighborhood stores in Bangladesh. Along with that, we will also discuss how automation and technology have made it easier to manage the business operations for ShopUp. Furthermore, we will get to know about the different business units of ShopUp and their operational activities. The first chapter contains the report's introduction, methodology, and rationales. ShopUp is described in detail in this chapter. The Internship Activity is addressed in Chapter Three. Chapter four contains an Analysis of e-commerce and MIS integration and chapter five contains technology employment.
