The objective of this study is to thoroughly examine the sales operations of Gazi Plastic in the Bangladeshi market, focusing specifically on the intricacies of competition, market dominance, and positioning strategy. Specifically, the research focuses on the market in Bangladesh. This research is being conducted within the predefined parameters set for this study. Furthermore, the aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the advertising strategies now employed in the Bangladesh. Furthermore, this involves recognizing the obstacles that are impeding the progress of sales management. Several recommendations have been made, including the implementation of real-time reporting tools, the optimization of the sales process, the assessment of new technologies, and the creation of customer support systems. Additional suggestions entail enhancements to customer support systems. Another proposition that has been put forward is to enhance the systems that provide aid to clients. Additional strategies that could be implemented include the application of sophisticated data analysis, motivating sales experts through specialized training, and optimizing the sales procedure. Furthermore, it is highly recommended that the brand's stance be closely matched with movements that are poised for success. This study incorporates an examination of Gazi Plastic, employing the SWOT, PESTLE, and Porter's Five Forces frameworks to identify the underlying issue that the organization is presently confronting. This analysis was undertaken to ascertain its present condition. The objective of this analysis was to aid the organization in acquiring a more comprehensive comprehension of the nature of its present circumstances. Within the highly competitive Bangladeshi plastics industry, Gazi Plastic is implementing strategic initiatives to enhance its market position, drive growth, and fortify the company against intense competition. These aims will be achieved by the implementation of these aforesaid strategies, leading to their successful completion.
