    Abstract
    Bangladesh Finance is one of the well known Non Bank financial institutions of Bangladesh It started its business operations on the year 2000 on 15th February. They got their business operating license from the Bangladesh Bank in December 1999. An organization has various departments but treasury is something that is the most important sector for an NBFI to run healthily. Treasury can be stated as the main and the most important portion of an Non- bank financial institution. The responsibility and the duties handled by the treasury department is tremendous and very crucial. It can be stated as the heart of the financial institution. They deals with pressure to create profit between the transactions as between loan disbursement and borrowings. They need to have that excellent communication skill with the lenders in order to bargain and generate higher profit for the organization. Fund collections fund transfers are the vital role played by this department. So, this report states that how the various functions and responsibilities played by the treasury department of the Bangladesh Finance Ltd helps the organization to achieve its goals and grow. The focus is mainly on the growth and trend analysis of the important tools of treasury that are CRR and SLR and also the analysis of some financial ratios as Earnings per share, Return on Assets and Return on Equity.
