This research analyzed the governance aspects of the ‘international labour migration' from Bangladesh. Both through primary and secondary information, it is evident that, there are three broad issues in managing migration from Bangladesh. 1st, the prospective migrant workers go through many harassments from the government and non-government service providers; cost of migration is abnormally high and most of the migrants from Bangladesh are unskilled. 2nd, after the migration, most of the migrants don’t get the desired job, salary is very poor, as most of the Bangladeshis are unskilled, they need to accept dirty and difficult jobs and face difficulties to send remittances. Finally, returnee migrants can hardy use their experience in Bangladesh, there is very few or no mechanism from government side that allows returnee migrants to use their earnings in any productive sector.en_US
