    Abstract
The skills and information gained throughout the internship are included in the report titled "Use of the American Retirement Plan and Its Implementation in Bangladesh." This paper attempts to demonstrate the strategy and procedures used by Data-Path Ltd.'s plan processors. There are seven different chapters in the report. The purpose and goal of the report are discussed in the opening chapter, along with the reasons why this report was created. It also discusses where the data came from that was utilized to compile this report. The second chapter provides an overview of the sector. The third part begins with a recapitulation of the company, the reason for its creation, and how it came into being. This chapter also go into the company's administration structure as well as its clients and services and the company's expansion. The steps, policies, and guidelines of the American Retirement plan are covered in full in chapter 4. This chapter describes how a company may do its plan valuation and the processes that must be taken for a pension plan in order to arrive at a reasonable conclusion. The fifth chapter addresses Bangladesh's retirement plans and the stages and sequences that were followed. The chapter goes into great length on Bangladesh's strategy in this area. How the use of 401(k) Plans might assist Bangladesh in resolving pension plan issues is discussed in Chapter 6. Chapter 7 summarizes the report, incorporates the results I obtained during my internship, and offers suggestions for issues.
