    Abstract
    The internship report on audit planning & procedures: A look from Green Tiger Electric Vehicle Limited as required by the supervisor Mohammad Amzad Hossain, Assistant Professor-AIS of School of Business & Economics of United International University. The objective of the study is to study and analyze the audit planning & procedures, to identify problem of audit planning & procedures and recommend policies to overcome the problems of Green Tiger Electric Vehicle Limited, Bangshal Road Branch. Two types of data are used here, primary and secondary data. Different kind of general bank activity of Green Tiger Electric Vehicle Limited is discussed here. Here, this internship report is divided into nine chapters. The first chapter of this report is executive summary. The second chapter is introduction which presents the rational and origin of the study. The third chapter is about organizational background and industry perspective. The fourth chapter is objectives of the study. Chapter five is methodology of the report, here the process of data collection, sources of data, scoops and limitations are explained discus. The sixth chapter is about Green Tiger Electric Vehicle Limited audit plan & procedures. The seventh chapter is analysis and findings. Chapter Eight is conclusion part of the study. And the last chapter, chapter nine is the appendix. The main findings of the study Audit planning is one of the most important core phase where necessary consideration is given to the indispensable areas at the begging of the audit procedure. Some recommendations of the study audit department should more advance, should fast process, and they should more concern about audit planning and procedure.
