    Abstract
    The study was devoted to talent management practices in some selected organizations of Bangladesh from managerial perspective. This study covered TM scenario of some organizations. The scenario involved some major components of TM including TM framework, recruitment, training and retention. This study also concerned for the challenges of TM in participating organizations. The research is written in five chapters which are arranged according to their relatedness with the chapter caption where all the relevant information are adhered for the better understanding of the readers. The first chapter is introductory chapter which contains the background of the study, objectives of the study including broad objective and specific objectives, research questions, scope and limitations of the study and significance of the study. The second chapter of the report consists of the prior studies regarding talent management practices which is presented as review of literature here. The third chapter of the study is methodology where I have discussed the type of the study, types of data sources used, respondents' detail, nature of the questionnaire and the sampling detail. The fourth chapter of this study interprets and represents the collected data in an understandable manner so that the readers can easily trace the managerial perceptions regarding the main objectives of the study. The findings of the study is also written in this chapter. The fifth chapter contains the concluding remarks and it ended with some valuable recommendations.
