dc.description.abstractThe BLA 2006 is to combine and revise the laws relating to service of labour, relations between workers and employers, deceiding minimum wage, payment of wages and compensation for injuries to workers, formation of trade unions, raising and settlement of industrial disputes, health, safety, welfare and working conditions of workers, and apprenticeship and matters supplementary related to aspects of labour. This report attempts to show the emergence and implementation of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of the BLA in the contexts of Bangladesh NGO sector. It is expected that this report will help to gather knowledge about labor law and realize their importance in the modern world. This project does not aim at providing an exhaustive explanation of Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 that was compared and or discussed in the report, but a bird’s eye view and to gain some knowledge as possible.en_US
