dc.description.abstractThis report was written as part of my project course. It brings me tremendous joy that my respectable supervisor has provided me with such a good opportunity. By conducting this project report, I have learned a great deal. Because I believe that a practical approach will help us better understand our course contents and what we've learned over the course. "The Role of Conflict Management on Organizational Performance" is the topic of my project report. To prepare for this project, I conducted a survey at several branches of the International Bank of Somalia (IBS), a private banking industry based in Mogadishu, Somalia. This gave me the opportunity to gain practical experience about how the bank interacts with employees and customers, as well as how the bank employs important conflict management and resolution techniques. I learned from my research that the bank provides guidance to employees and managers to ensure that Employee performance and outcomes that are aligned with the firm's goals and help the organization to gain a competitive advantage of all its competitors.en_US
