The goal of this research is to learn more about "the impact of employee Compensation structure on the performance of public organization employees in Mogadishu, Somalia," with a focus on active Public Banks in Somalia. The problem that the study aims to solve is the lack of evidence on how compensation structure influences employee performance. The goal will be to look into how compensation affects staff productivity. The study's specific objectives will be to assess the effects of direct financial compensation on employee performance at public banks, as well as to determine the effects of indirect compensation on employee performance at public banks and to investigate the effects of non-financial compensation on employee performance at public banks. The outcomes of this study will aid Somali public banks in developing acceptable and better compensation structures and techniques in order to improve and raise employee motivation, morale, and a positive attitude toward work, resulting in excellent performance and a competitive advantage. The study will use a descriptive research design that will allow questionnaires to be used as research tools. The target population comprised of 300 employees from two Somali government owned banks. In the establishment, this will include management, support, and subordinate staff. A total of 200 people were surveyed using stratified proportionate random sampling. The data will be examined qualitatively and quantitatively using SPSS before being presented in tables and figures. The research questions will be answered based on the data analysis, followed by conclusions and recommendations. Pie charts, Tables, Graphs, and figures will be used to illustrate the data.en_US
