dc.description.abstractHuman Resource Management has a diverse function that plays a very important role in the organizational function. The purpose of this report is to show the HR related problems that organizations are facing in the 21st century’s challenges and recommend BRAC & AB bank. BRAC is the largest and most renowned nongovernmental organization not only in Bangladesh but also all over the world. As a leading company BRAC focuses on retaining and developing their human resource. On the other hand, AB Bank is the very first private sector bank in Bangladesh. In this report I tried to describe the overall condition of the HR department of BRAC & AB bank. I also try to focus on the current problems in the HR department. This report also highlights the challenges that BRAC & AB banks may face because of COVID-19 pandemic. It also focuses on the importance of HR activities in the overall performance of the organizations. Here the theoretical aspects will be also shown. With the light of theoretical framework this report will relate core practice and problems of the HR department. Here It is also described my findings after analysing the problems of HR. Some recommendations for these organizations for future betterment of their HR are included. And finally, a framework on how they can implement my recommendations are given.en_US
