    Abstract
The pandemic forced companies to quickly adopt remote work as an integral part of their business continuity strategy. The pandemic has raised notable concerns about remote work. When work goes hybrid, collaboration becomes more complicated, for both employees and IT teams. We’re all learning as we go, but we know two things for sure: flexible work is here to stay, and the talent landscape has fundamentally shifted. Remote work has created new job opportunities for some, offered more family time, and provided options for whether or when to commute. But there are also challenges ahead. Third party data will be collected along with primary data. Target industry will be multinationals in Bangladesh. The talent background has changed, and employee expectations also. The best leaders will empathize with the unique needs of each group in their organization, and see hybrid work to attract the best and most diverse talent.
