dc.description.abstractMost of the Cultural diversity across the workplace has become a important over a a period of time with the raise of increase of globalization in accross of the globe. This study aimed to explore this impact of cultural diversity in public and private workplaces in Nigeria. A descriptive cross-sectional type of the research was conducted out, most of the data was collect by an online self-administered which I found it difficult to get my data but at the end I got my data and it was analyzed using spss. In this study the mean age of the respondents was 28.01±6.34years and close to seven-tenths (68.0%) of the respondents were male. more than six-tenths (67.0%) of the respondents were married and 76.0% of the respondents were living in urban area. About 30.2% of the respondents had Diploma/NCE, 19.1% had Bachelor’s degree and 66.0% of the respondents were private job holders and 34.0% of the respondents were government job holders. Our findings reveal that the cultural diversity is not only involved how employee perceived themselves, it also depicted how the employees perceived other employee. More than half of the respondents of this study believed that the diverse cultural perspective may inspire creativity and derived innovation. Employee should made to appreciate that achieve a unity regardless of cultural disparities be the responsibility of each part of some organization.en_US
