dc.description.abstractTDH Italia acknowledges that safe and hygienic atmosphere at work place is a precondition to motivate Employees to work. Therefore TDH Italia is committed to provide all possible measures to provide safe and hygienic upkeep of the office for the employees. Fire Extinguisher and First aid box must be available in the office in proper way and that should be informed to all Employees. All Employees of TDH Italia shall be careful about maintenance of her/his work place and its environment and ensure that it is safe and free from health hazard. Any unsafe conditions or injuries should be immediately reported to the Administration or concerned official. TDH Italia management will ensure a proper and effective emergency exit system from the office at the time of any emergency and if possible emergency drill should be arranged half yearly. Considering safety of the office, main door of the office will be kept locked and support staff will be responsible to ensure the lock of the door. Referring to related rules and regulations about Employee safe and security issue, TDH Italia has its own “Safety and Security” policy to be followed by the Employees. The job analysis process of TDH-I is not standard. Because the management of TDH- I is not able to apply various HRM functions. Their recruitment and selection process is not up to the mark. Because in Terre des Hommes- Italia International Organization, they recruit and select reference basis. The job analysis policy should be taken by HR department, Head Office. Job analysis should be designed well before recruitment. Terre des Hommes- Italia need to use their power positively. They should avoid references. They have to think equally for every candidate. Terre des Hommes- Italia need to provide effective training and development policy according to their recruitments. They need to sharpen their existing skills and development specialized skill. Lastly, I believe this report includes all the other different aspects of Terre des Hommes- Italia which is relevant to the HR practices of the Terre des Hommes- Italia that it’s perform.en_US
