Foreign Exchange (with focus on comparative view of intervention in Bangladesh & Malaysia)

Abstract

The writer has completed the report in exploratory terms with the focus on intervention in different time period in the foreign exchange market by the central bank of Bangladesh. Time to time intervention in Malaysia has also been covered to get a comparative view about the procedure of managed float of foreign exchange in a country. Along with that the role played by the central bank to stabilize the currency market has also got importance in the report.
