    Abstract
As a part of academic requirement and completion of BBA program, I have been assigned to complete internship report on “Scenario of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited” which included the company overview and the Comparative study between Islamic Banking system and Conventional Banking system. I tried my best to get a clear idea from this two month working experiences in Jatrabari Branch, Dhaka. This report focuses on how IBBL works under the Shari’ah law and their differences then other conventional banks. Islami Banks' ideology is to develop an equal society based on the principles of social justice and equity through CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and IBBL is working to achieve this goal. RDS and UPDS will be launched. They make a concerted effort to promote these parts while discouraging the use of expensive items. Investment items for consumers. Because IBBL is an Islamic bank, it follows Islamic principles. Throughout the chapters of this report, I have highlighted my findings. The first chapter serves as an introduction to my research; the second section focuses on IBBL's history and company profile, which serves as an organizational overview as needed by the study. The third chapter provides a brief synopsis of the project. Lastly there are some findings and recommendation with conclusion. I worked in numerous departments throughout my internship. However, I was formally assigned to the section of ADC department, Clearings, and Fund Transfer, Foreign exchange department and Investment department. This report will give a clear idea of Islamic banking system and how Islami Bank Bangladesh limited provide services to their customers according to the Islamic principle. I have made every attempt to provide all pertinent information in order to provide a comprehensive overview of Islamic banking.
