    Abstract
    This paper represents the behavior of young generation in Bangladesh and finds out the factors that influence them to participate in social business. And my work is based on primary survey. (The main focus of this study is to determine the willingness of our youth to participate in social business and remains social welfare in our country.) According to the planned behavior theory, the same questionnaire was formed which was distributed among approximately 150 people of different walks of life. Following this procedure, this study has found that the factors influence the willingness to participate in social business and ensuring social welfare in Bangladesh.
