    Christian aid began their journey in 1972 after the liberation war and now worked in more variable districts making integrated approach, to digester risk management ,various climate change ,livelihood ,emergency preparedness and also response ,market development ,gender and social value. Human asset is the foremost critical asset of each organization to pick up a economical competitive advantage over competitors. To oversee this human asset there are a few hones that are utilized globally by diverse organizations to form a competent workforce. These HR practices are a set of a essential truth that's utilized as energy supporter to discover reasonable faculty for and make strides their commitment, efficiency and dependability towards the company. This report contains a outline of human asset hones taken after by Christian aid and how it’s significance to progress their labor.
