    Abstract
    Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) is one of the most essential sanctioned corporations in Bangladesh. They work as a non-financial bank system with a vital step in a range of projects offered by the government to stimulate the pace of industrialization and to develop a well-organized and active capital market, mainly the securities exchange in Bangladesh. This report illustrates the knowledge and skills acquired from working in ICB as an intern for three months. The report consists of a short explanation of ICB and its missions, visions, strategies, and purposes and the products and services ICB are providing. Next, it described the fundamental roles of each department of ICB and the principal responsibilities as an intern in the department. In the trials and practical knowledge, The intern experience was, in every way helps to develop skills. Under the rule, it has enhanced and developed some corporation skills, which can be of high quality like presentation skills, multitasking, adaptability, being patient, and content. Finally, ICB leads to career ideas by helping to realize the value of corporate experience.
