    Abstract
    Investment Corporation of Bangladesh, since its inception, has been playing a vital role in the development of the country as a benchmark setter In the financial landscape of Bangladesh by managing long-term multi dimensional investment with utmost professionalism.ICB Has been contributing significantly to the national exchequer and while they are striving continuously to register high-performance, environmental and social goals reside in their top focus. Now ICB is one of the largest and leading financial organizations in Bangladesh. This report provides in-depth analysis and interpretation of “an analysis of human resource management practice of ICB” by the study. Human resource is the most important resource of every organization to gain a sustainable competitive advantage over competitors. To manage this human resource there are several practices that are used globally by different organizations to create a competent workforce. These HR practices are a set of a fundamental truth that is used as a flair contributor to find suitable personnel for and improve their commitment, productivity and loyalty towards the company. This report contains a summary of human resource practices followed by ICB and how it’s importance to improve their manpower. The analysis is based on the journey as an intern of human resource division.
