Internship is a must to fulfill the academic requirement. This internship report is based on practical experience at ACI Limited (Advance Chemical Industries). This report deals with a clear understanding of effectiveness of consumer sales promotion on brands. Before working or doing my Internship program I was very interested to know about the sales, marketing and promotion activities of a FMCG company. ACI Limited is one of the largest conglomerates in the country with businesses in pharmaceuticals, agriculture, consumer products etc. It is one of the trusted brands that ensures quality product. This report is blended with my theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The report is the result of three months working with ACI Limited Consume Brand Sales. The objective of this report titled as “The Effectiveness of Consumer Sales Promotion on Brands” ACI offers various consumer sales promotion like discount, bonus, attractive free product, coupon, awards, loyalty card etc.. Findings suggest that they need to promote their product through the radio, television, newspaper, outdoor advertising and through other strategies in such a way that will increase the engagement of the customers that will ultimately result in increased sale. At the end of my report, I have mentioned the findings in research part. There I have also mentioned some recommendations for ACI consumer brand product about what activities they need to follow to increase their sales and brand image. I hope they will be benefited from those recommendations and then overall conclusion is given according to my point of view.
