    Abstract
    a performance appraisal is a methodical, ordinary also temporary to act for evaluate the different employees job representation and quality of producing something to make relation with definite to reinstate inference organic motive and employee’s amusement. These explanations hold different work stability or skill awarded through the bank.To support human beings economically & make the human beings independent to the county the president take part the challenge.
