    Abstract
    A lot of organizations face the challenge of correctly measuring job satisfaction nowadays. Therefore, employees of the organizations are becoming dissatisfied day by day. On the other hand, the implementation of positive human resources practices has various financial benefits for financial institutions. Moreover, I felt that measuring employee job satisfaction based on the working environment has a vital role for Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited.
