Job Satisfaction of Employees of AIBL

Abstract

My internship period started from 5th November 2017 and ended on 5th February 2018 at AIBL which was an essential requirement of my Bachelors of Business Administration at United International University, I had gained field competency through this internship. In this report, I tried to emphasize mainly on my practical knowledge gained through the internship and align them with the theoretical knowledge that I have gained from different academic courses. This report focuses on an essential segment Human Resource Management Practices at AIBL. AIBL follows external recruitment process and mainly focus on the targeted applicant. At AIBL, I conducted a survey of 20 employees at Dhanmondi Branch. I found that they gave neutral answers to most of the survey questions. Throughout my internship period, I observed that colleagues were very friendly to each other and they enjoy their task as the Manager of the branch was a gentleman and he always tried to cheer up his employees. During the journey of my 3 months internship, I found everybody was very co-operative and friendly.
