The Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh's (CRAB) credit rating procedure is thoroughly examined in this report, "Credit Rating Assessment of CRAB: An Internship Experience on the Evaluation of Sumaiya Enterprise." Using both quantitative and qualitative assessment models, the main goal is to evaluate Sumaiya Enterprise's financial and operational performance as a trading company in the spices sector. Along with qualitative elements like business risk, management risk, bank relationship risk, financial security risk, and other operational risks, the study incorporates CRAB's rating methodology, which assesses leverage, liquidity, profitability, coverage, operational efficiency, and earning quality. An industry analysis of Bangladesh's credit rating sector is also included in the report, detailing the sector's size, trends, maturity, and competitive positioning. By connecting academic learning with practical application, the internship experience gave participants hands-on experience with data collection, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and report preparation. The end result emphasizes how crucial credit ratings are for promoting financial transparency, directing investment choices, and fortifying the credit market.en_US
