Exploring the impact of workforce diversity on employee performance in Bangladesh: A case study of local company of Bangladesh

Abstract

The project title is Exploring the impact of Workforce Diversity on Employee Performance in Bangladesh: A Case Study of local Company of Bangladesh. This report is divided into five chapters. In the introduction chapter,background, scope, objective, methodology and limitation of the study were discussed. Chapter two is on literature review here review on age, gender, educational background, employee performance and diversity was done. In chapter three, company overview on ACI limited, Ispahani limited and Jaggo foundation were discussed. In chapter four Based on research data analysis through graphical presentation was presented. After all researches and data analysis based on other chapters, some findings and recommended in chapter five has been replicated.
