Human Resource Management Practices at Kensho – a spa and salon

Abstract

As a part of the BBA program, Each and every student has an option for spending an internship period of three months and so have I with Kensho- a spa and salon. Kensho is engaged in providing wide range of services in the beauty, wellness and lifestyle field. Even though Kensho is a non-traditional organization- Kensho has in depth knowledge and understanding of best in class HR practices which help us to successfully run for the last 4 years.

This summary outlines the HR management practices at Kensho, a leading spa and salon in Bangladesh. My internship focused on various HR operations, revealing Kensho’s commitment to a productive work environment while identifying areas for improvement to maintain its competitive edge in the beauty and wellness industry.
