Abstract

The report depends on the productivity and adequacy of scouting procedure of Grow n Excel, which is one of the main Human Resource Recruitment and Consultancy firm in our country(Bangladesh). The scouting and official pursuit office utilize their own database and security framework to satisfy the customer's request and keep up significant level of classification and unwaveringness. The enrollment procedure is distinctive to each other and its contingent upon the sets of responsibilities that are given by the customers.
