dc.description.abstractThe Clearing and Forwarding (C & F) industry plays a vital role in international business. The C & F provides efficient delivery of goods along with compliance with government rules and regulations. The main objective of this report is to know the marketing practices of M/S. Jamuna Traders Limited. The research design for this report is descriptive in nature and based on secondary data. M/S.Jamuna Traders Limited is an importer and exporter company. M/S. Jamuna Traders maintains good relations with its customers and mainly imports from China and Hong Kong. M/S. Jamuna Traders' pricing strategies include cost-based, competitive, and penetration methods. Their distribution is wide-reaching through retail, wholesale, and modern trade. The key recommendations of the report are to develop automation software for this firm so that employees can perform their work more effectively and customers can get a clear idea of the shipment. Besides, M/S. Jamuna Traders should expand their business and start exporting to any country, as a large volume of products is exported from Bangladesh to Europe.en_US
