American Retirement Plan and the use of it in Bangladesh

Abstract

The report titled “American Retirement Plan and use of it in Bangladesh” is the agglomeration of the skills and knowledge during the internship period. This report aims to showcase the course of action and steps that are followed by the plan processors of Data-Path Ltd. The report has been subdivided into seven distinct chapters. The first chapter covers the motive and the objective of the report it also covers why this report has been prepared. It also covers the origin of the information that was used to finish this report. Second chapter offset a recapitulation of the firm and the motive behind the existence of the firm and how it came into execution. This section and the chapter also discuss the services and the clients of the company and the administering system of the company. Third Chapter shows the industry overview and how the company is growing. In chapter 4, the procedures, rules, and regulations of the American Retirement plan are discussed in detail. This chapter discusses how a firm can conduct its plan valuation and the steps that are required by the firm to be followed for a pension plan, till a sensible culmination is reached. Fifth chapter discusses the retirement plans steps and sequences that have been taken by Bangladesh. The chapter describes, in detail how Bangladesh is approaching this sector. Chapter 6 covers how the practice of the 401 (k) Plan can help Bangladesh to overcome pension plan problems. Chapter 7 includes the findings that I have got during my internship period, gave me recommendations regarding problems, and concluded the report.
