    Abstract
    National Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd. bears a one of its very own kind history. The association began its voyage in the money related division of the nation as a speculation organization in 1985. The point of the organization was to prepare assets from inside and put them in such path in order to build up nation's Industrial and Trade Sector and assuming an impetus job in the development of capital market too. In stepping into 24th years of dedicated service, the Bank always believes that benefits are not the fundamental aphorism of a bank, which is totally transitory, yet values are never-ending. Their points are to make more benefit as well as to guarantee an economical business development for their esteemed investors, satisfying the evolving needs of their demanding customers and other shareholders. At present NCCBL has 106 branches (counting 8 SME/Agri branches) so far to give financing, venture, guiding, endorsing among certification, portfolio the board and so on alongside conventional banking. NCC Bank Limited has already established a favorable reputation in the banking industry of the country. It is one of the leading private sector commercial banks in Bangladesh with 72 ATM booths all over the country. NCCBL ATM Network has associated with NPSB Network. In this manner, card holders can access to any ATMs of all banks in Bangladesh acknowledge Dutch Bangla bank quick track ATM corners. NCCBL Internet Banking gives a safe and advantageous administration for clients to deal with their cash, all day, every day. With NCCBL Internet Banking, they can do banking exercises on the web. This incorporates checking their parity, seeing proclamations until further notice and so forth. The Bank also provides 24/7 Phone Banking & SMS Banking facilities along with Smart Pay and NCCB SureCash. NCCBL has disbursed about Tk. 855.79 crore in Small & Medium Enterprise sector up to the year 2009 out portion of its total loans and advances figure of Tk. 4633.27 crore. The portion invested in SME sector is about 18.4% of the total loan exposure. But the amount invested in SME sector compared with other sectors is not satisfactory. To make greater interest in Small and Medium Enterprise part so as to contribute in national financial advancement, NCCBL need to build up more SME administration focuses to the remote rustic territories. Marketing policy of NCC Bank Limited is very poor. NCCBL has introduced a number of products and services as per the requirement of the business and individual’s people. But the highlight of the product by using proper marketing channel was absent. The To make greater interest in Small and Medium Enterprise part so as to contribute in national financial improvement, NCCBL need to build up more SME administration focuses to the remote rustic zones
