<title>Securing E-Voting in Bangladesh: A Blockchain Based System</title>
<link>http://dspace.uiu.ac.bd/handle/52243/3469</link>
<description>Securing E-Voting in Bangladesh: A Blockchain Based System
Jahan, Nusrat
The electronic voting process brings a technological advancement to ballot casting.&#13;
It blends tradition with technology. The system presents digital capabilities which guarantee both improved security and efficiency in operations. Previous e-voting implementations frequently experience problems at present. Democratic systems receive criticism&#13;
because of their virtual weaknesses. The system permits security breaches while displaying minimal transparency while weakening vote privacy. This research investigates the&#13;
development of blockchain-enabled e-voting (BEV) as a solution for resolving the existing problems within voting systems. The project development targets improvements in&#13;
election security together with privacy systems and enhanced reliability features. Our system deploys blockchain essential attributes which include decentralization, transparency&#13;
and immutability. Research determines how BEV functions as an election technology in&#13;
Bangladesh. The report takes a confident stance to compare Bangladesh’s digital voting system with the digital voting pioneers of Estonia and Switzerland. The research&#13;
proves blockchain uses security protocols to preventVote alteration and duplication events.&#13;
Blockchain operates as an effective system to prevent accidental modifications in addition&#13;
to unauthorized alterations. The system helps authorize voter identification. At the&#13;
same time we fully recognize the critical need for actual field tests regarding this matter.&#13;
Bangladesh needs to address its infrastructure challenges along with raising standards&#13;
of voter privacy in its one-of-a-kind geographic setting. The research establishes that&#13;
blockchain technology establishes active and transparent digital election procedures which&#13;
provide security. The importance of future examination becomes crucial to solve both&#13;
technical problems and regulatory requirements with blockchain technology. These findings are meant to serve as practical guidance for Bangladeshi policy makers together with&#13;
other stakeholders. The researchers strive to enhance blockchain election functions and&#13;
develop secure trusted electronic voting infrastructure.

<title>Internship Report on Inventory and Supply Chain Practices at Indulge Food &amp; Beverage Limited</title>
<link>http://dspace.uiu.ac.bd/handle/52243/3466</link>
<description>Internship Report on Inventory and Supply Chain Practices at Indulge Food &amp; Beverage Limited
Prottoy, Ahmedullah
This internship report has been prepared as a partial fulfillment of the Bachelor of&#13;
Business Administration (BBA) program with a major in Supply Chain Management.&#13;
The report is based on my practical experience at Indulge Food &amp; Beverage Limited,&#13;
where I worked as an Inventory Controller in the Supply Chain Department.&#13;
The internship aimed to provide practical exposure to inventory control, purchasing, and&#13;
distribution operations while applying theoretical knowledge. I actively participated in&#13;
stock monitoring, goods receiving, stock issuance, reconciliation, reporting, and&#13;
coordination with procurement and production teams.&#13;
The report analyzes the company’s inventory management, purchasing policies, and&#13;
distribution strategies. Findings indicate that the company has a structured supply&#13;
chain, strong vendor relationships, and effective distribution channels. Areas for&#13;
improvement include limited automation, manual documentation, and experience-based&#13;
forecasting.&#13;
Recommendations include implementing ERP systems, advanced forecasting models,&#13;
warehouse optimization, and strategic vendor evaluation. The internship strengthened&#13;
my technical and professional skills, preparing me for a future career in Supply Chain&#13;
Management.

<title>Internship Report on Inventory Management Practices of Indulge Food and Beverage Limited (IFBL)</title>
<link>http://dspace.uiu.ac.bd/handle/52243/3465</link>
<description>Internship Report on Inventory Management Practices of Indulge Food and Beverage Limited (IFBL)
Khan, Md
This internship report analyzes the inventory management practices of Indulge Food&#13;
and Beverage Limited (IFBL), a premium multi-brand food and beverage company&#13;
operating numerous outlets across Bangladesh. The purpose of this study is to evaluate&#13;
how structured inventory control systems contribute to operational efficiency, cost&#13;
management, and overall organizational performance.&#13;
&#13;
The report is based on a three-month internship experience under the Finance and&#13;
Accounts Department, where responsibilities were closely aligned with inventory control&#13;
and operational monitoring. This report was prepared using both primary and secondary&#13;
data, and it includes the practical observations, data on the internal consumption, and&#13;
academic literature on inventory management. The report finds that inventory management in IFBL is a strategically organized plan&#13;
and not a simple operation plan. Existence of strong coordination of the finance and&#13;
kitchen activities and systematic monitoring of stocks and value-based classification&#13;
plays a great role in the cost discipline and profitability. The report concludes that effective inventory management at IFBL is not merely a&#13;
routine operational activity but a strategic function that directly impacts profitability and&#13;
working capital efficiency. Finally, several recommendations are provided to enhance&#13;
monitoring systems, improve forecasting accuracy, and strengthen overall inventory control practices to support sustainable growth in the competitive food and beverage industry of Bangladesh.
