dc.description.abstract | This report mirrors on the internship experience at INPACE’s Marketing Intern 2024, mostly focusing on client servicing, brand promotion, supply, and logistic. Key recommendations for improving departmental operations are to broaden the team, and to practice proactive strategy development and implementation. These actions aim to improve efficiency and nurture growth within the competitive event management industry in Bangladesh. The internship delivered cherished understandings into big events and activation management, team leading, horizontal and vertical coordination and the underlying forces of the agency industry. It emphasized the significance of effective synchronization, tactical planning, and flexibility in achieving organizational goals and enhancing brand existence in consumers’ minds. Inpace Management Services Ltd has grasped several benefits from enhanced client lifetime value, increased customer loyalty, and improved retention rates, as highlighted in the report. Nevertheless, the study identifies certain areas for improvement in Inpace Management Services Ltd's client servicing processes, such as personalizing communications and optimizing the use of data analytics.
I would also like to thank my colleagues at Inpace who supported me with essential information to furnish and complete the report with proper and accurate knowledge. Without all this support, the completion of this internship report was not possible.
