Abstract
HR is a very critical department for any business but for the RMG factory it is tough to manage many people EcoFab Limited realized that dedicated and talented people are essential for business and retaining them can give sustainability in the long and also it will ultimately lead to good quality products which will increase the brand value. This internship report is focused on the recruitment and selection procedure of EcoFab Limited.
Effective recruitment and selection is an important part of any business and in the RMG sector, it is very much essential because in one factory minimum of 1000 to 1200 people work under the same roof also every department needs to have talented and dedicated people so the company can run its operation smoothly. EcoFab Limited has around 1600 manpower to run the factory. EcoFab is a green factory. They are committed to ensuring minimum damage to the environment and also focus on a low-cost strategy also they want to give a healthy and friendly environment to their employees. For a low-cost strategy, they do not want to spend money on recruitment and training processes so they always want to recruit experienced and hardworking employees. The company focuses on retaining the employees that’s why they try to get the best talented and experienced people. The current procedure is effective but time-consuming so for good operation they need to have automation for recruitment and selection procedures. The improvement of detailed training and better HR planning leads to gain the skilled and experienced manpower and follow retention strategies.
