dc.description.abstractThis report mirrors on the internship experience at bKash Ltd during the Dhaka International Trade Fair 2024, mostly focusing on BTL activation, brand promotion, and agency management. Key recommendations for improving departmental operations is to broaden the team, and proactive strategy development. These actions aim to improve efficiency and nurture growth within the competitive MFS industry in Bangladesh. The internship delivered cherished understandings into big event and activation management, team leading, horizontal and vertical coordination and the underlying forces of the MFS industry. It emphasized the significance of effective synchronization, tactical planning, and flexibility in achieving organizational goals and enhancing brand existence in consumer’s mind. In conclusion, the internship at bKash was a satisfying experience that developed my interpersonal and professional skills and extended my knowledge and understanding of the fintech industry.en_US
