Relationship Between Employee Mental Health and Overall Organizational Performance in OBAT Helpers BD
Abstract
This report seeks to find relationship between employee mental health and overall organizational performance in OBAT Helpers BD- a nonprofit, nonpolitical and non-Governmental development organization based in USA, committed to empower unfortunate, displaced forgotten population residing in camps. The report touches briefly about the activities performed by the people in this organization, its history of inception and its management scenario. One of the most important aspects that it touches upon is the people who work for the organization.
Through primary and secondary data analyses, this report seeks to understand the positive/negative correlation between employee mental well-being and its subsequent impact on the organizational performance. It also touches upon the various challenges as well as that people working in these organization continue to face on their day to day work- such as pay structure, workplace environment, interpersonal relationships, personal challenges etc. Furthermore, the various challenges that were faced while working on this topic has been discussed as well.
Finally, upon all the analysis, recommendation have been provided to conclude the findings. Also, this report also discusses about the certain limitations such as unavailability of information in order to complete the findings for this report.
