    Abstract
An internship is a collaborative program between a business school and an organization. Its primary purpose is to provide students with workforce exposure and the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in practical environments. Additionally, completing this internship assignment is crucial for fulfilling the requirements of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. I worked at atB Jobs Bangladesh to gain a thorough understanding of the report. I have discussed the introductions in the first chapter, and now I'll go over the firm profile and the present state of the startup industry. In the following section, I have explained my job responsibilities and job details. I have also talked about the organization's departmental functions. Lastly, in the final section, I have provided my findings and recommendations for atB Jobs Bangladesh. I have also described the specifics of the problems, the hurdles I have encountered at work, and the analysis I've developed based on my theoretical understanding to address these concerns.
