Purely, this research designed to explore the effectiveness of cognitive strategies in enhancing the speaking abilities of non-native speakers of the English language. The research design is a mixed methods paradigm, encompassing data collection methods of both a quantitative and qualitative nature, with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of verbal intelligence assessment through the deployment of feedback mechanisms to boost the speaking skills of English language learners. The current research has broad implications outside of its research objectives, leaving the door open for future research developments and possibilities in the use of technology to improve the spoken mode of EFL acquirers. By showing that learners may improve outcomes through AI-based feedback, research findings offer a promising platform for further studies and practical applications in language learning.
