    Abstract
    The real estate industry contributes to the economy with 58,000 crores, or 7% of the GDP. This report discusses several problems and prospects within the sector and provides a comprehensive understanding of the industry. At the beginning of the report, there is an introduction with the background and objective of the report, which includes the limitations and scope of the report. The report identifies the key problems as financial difficulties, political changes, and a lack of a well-established mortgage market. Each problem is a separate prospect, which shows how the problems can be future opportunities for the industry as well as for the company. In the chapter, there is an in-depth discussion of analysis, trends, competitive analysis, and the industry overview. Financial difficulties prevent barriers to the industry from growing smoothly. Political changes make it a barrier to permanently planning for the company. By changing the political party, the company needs to change their plan, and it has an impact on the long-term plan. An analysis of the industry and company shows the product mix and target market details. As per the data, the industry is in a mature stage that opens the market to more competition. SWOT analysis shows where the company has more strength and opportunity. By using the SWOT analysis, the company can minimize the threats because that shows. Internship experience with the Silver Bird Real Estate industry is a journey of learning. The responsibilities during the internship included sales, digital marketing, marketing management, and marketing strategy. Using digital marketing tools helps collect real data in Google Analytics. In the end, the report gives some recommendations the company can use to develop the marketing department. Overall, the report covers an in-depth analysis of the real estate sector and highlights problems and opportunities that exist within it. The report aims to provide valuable information to interested parties in the sector, including policymakers, investors, and real estate experts.
