    Abstract
The aim of this report is to show the current scenario of stock brokerage services in Bangladesh and the state of practices in the case of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited. In addition, to this end, how BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited maintains customer satisfaction with its services is also analyzed. A stock, or a share or equity, refers to a unit of ownership in a company. In order to raise money and provide investors with the chance to possess a stake in the business, a company, which is public, may issue shares of stock. In doing so, the capital market faces various challenges that should be dealt with great care. As an intern for 3 months at the customer service department (CSD) of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited, I have tried to find out those challenges. This report has been fundamentally written to display my learning curve while working as an intern. The report begins with a brief overview of the stock market and BRAC EPL stock brokerage. Then, challenges and opportunities are depicted. The report then highlighted customer satisfaction and the services of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited. Based on the internship experiences, several recommendations are forwarded at the end of the report.
