    Abstract
Square Toiletries Limited (STL), a division of Square Group, is a prominent player in the fast-moving consumer goods industry in Bangladesh. With a diverse range of around 50 high-quality products spanning various categories, including Personal Care, Health & Hygiene, Fabric Care, Baby Care, Hair Care, Home Care, and Oral Care, STL is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. In the realm of manpower planning and the critical role of Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS), STL's commitment to employee well-being is evident. Through comprehensive interviews with management employees, the report sheds light on the pivotal roles played by HCMS, both before and after employee recruitment. These interviews were supplemented with a mix of primary and secondary data sources, providing a comprehensive understanding of how STL leverages HCMS for effective talent management. Additionally, the report incorporates insights from relevant literature, creating a well-rounded overview of the subject matter. My internship at Square Toiletries Limited has taught me the value of rigorous record-keeping and close attention to detail in HR procedures. I was a key contributor to assuring the correctness and completeness of employment records by checking the regular, contractual, and casual staff files. identifying missing data and swiftly contacting staff to request the required papers. During my internship at Square Toiletries Limited, I had the opportunity to assist in the in-house hiring process, which was a useful experience that allowed me to support the company's talent acquisition initiatives. Through extensive research on Square's partners, brands, sister concerns, and hands-on experience with employee data management, leave attendance records, and evaluating the pros and cons of HCMS software, I gained a profound understanding of the industry. Furthermore, the exposure to manpower planning and the art of making informed hiring decisions at STL has given me a diverse perspective that will undoubtedly shape my future career endeavors.
