    Abstract
The report that I have fully summarized and compiled is a fully comprehensive analysis and study that I have successfully conducted for 3 months as a part of my internship program for Beximco Textiles and Apparels. They have fully prepared for my role while I was there to fully understand the information that I learned. The role of ERP and how essential it is to this industry in order to efficiently operate it. The primary focus is on optimizing workflow processes to better utilize the advancements that have been in this industry, the analysis that has to be made in order to understand the composition of chemicals used, improving the factors of data entry as the input of new information is essential for calculations to be made, and one of the essential is cost analysis and comparison which equates to better management decisions to be made. The report also goes over the success of adopting an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution for streamlining the factors for data storage, sharing, and component integration. The report also creates a detailed outline of the entire work process that involves from the very start as the raw material is acquired to the final product delivery. A thorough analysis of chemicals used into the multiple stages of production was conducted, assessing information into compiled data to know the valuable insights into their effectiveness and making sure standards are being met, taking proper safety measures in order to protect the assets that go into the production process, and environmental impact. Data entry procedures were carefully evaluated and monitored in order to keep track through the ERP to verify, and writing proper recommendations that can be utilized for further improvements were provided to ensure accuracy and efficient data recording as to calibrate the systems in place. The comprehensive cost comparison study was done to know the how the production can be more efficient, identifying potential cost-saving measures to make the organization more profitable and making plans for more optimized resource allocation.
