In the current marketplace, Bengal Meat is arguably the leader in its own particular category - which is premium meats. The brand has been successful in its different product offerings and has had a steady market dominance over the last few years. It is understood that market dynamics are constantly shifting, however, the brand has made such heavy investments in their particular sector that they have become the undisputed leaders of industry. Regardless of these accomplishments, the brand still faces immense competition from the local market and has their struggles in convincing the people that their product is superior. This report details the different external factors and internal factors that go into making the brand successful and also highlight the blind spots that the brand needs to work on, which can help ensure further market dominance in the upcoming years.
