    Abstract
    Digital marketing and sales management activities have become increasingly important for businesses in Bangladesh, especially in recent years. With the rise of internet penetration and social media usage, companies are looking to capitalize on the opportunities presented by digital channels to reach and engage with customers. Sales management activities are also being digitized to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Many companies are adopting customer relationship management (CRM) systems to better manage customer interactions and sales data. Sales teams are using digital tools to automate processes, track leads, and sales, and analyze performance metrics. The primary objective of this study is to conduct an analysis of the concept of digital marketing and sales management strategies which is followed by which Coders Trust Bangladesh, an organization that specializes in the training and development of skills, manages its income by employing a variety of sales and marketing strategies. This will be accomplished through the use of primary and secondary sources of data. In conclusion, some recommendations are made for Coders Trust Bangladesh based on several proven areas that have been identified as needing to be addressed, such as live consultancy, improvement of client satisfaction, advanced customer responsiveness, increasing the number of campuses and branches, campaign on the university to assist the company in increasing both their sales volume and the development of the organization. Live consultancy, improvement of client satisfaction, advanced customer responsiveness, increasing the number of campuses and branches, and campaign on the university are some examples of these proven areas. To aid the firm in expanding both its sales volume and overall growth, the company should implement live consultation, increase client satisfaction, enhance customer response, expand the number of campuses and branches, and an awareness campaign at universities.
