    Abstract
    This Internship report is based on the “overall HR practice of IPDC Finance limited”. This report is required for the bachelor degree at United International University. The Introduction, which is the opening chapter, offers information on the report's background, goals, restrictions, methodology, purpose, and scope. In chapter 2, there is literature review and the information gathered from various type of journal and books and it presented in own words. Short explanations of purpose, vision, and strategic objective, core value, business overview, products and services are described in in chapter 3 that can easily summarize the organization before going on to the significant proportion. The fourth chapter, which describes the purpose of the report and the HR Functions at IPDC Finance, is the most important. Human resources planning, recruitment and selection processes training and development, performance appraisal, payroll and HR operations, legal and compliance factors are the main topics of this chapter. In fifth chapter there are analysis and findings part which found during internship session. The Recommendation and Conclusion is the sixth and last chapter. The reference appears right towards the end. This report was put together using both primary and secondary sources. The three months of experiment and information gathered from existing HR staff for all HR processes at IPDC Finance provided the major portion of the data. With the use of manuals, journals, papers, and consulting websites, secondary information was collected.
