    Abstract
The SWOT analysis evaluates a business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This research assesses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by City Bank. The first three chapters of the study consist of an internship report, an overview of City Bank Limited, and a conceptual evaluation. The fourth chapter ends the group mapping and SWOT analysis of City Bank Limited. The strengths of City Bank Limited include online banking, various credit cards for various customers, cutting-edge technology, excellent customer service, highly qualified senior management, and an engaging corporate culture. Weaknesses include a lack of ATMs, personnel in numerous locations, complex loan preparation procedures, and low employee progression. Benefits may accrue to microfinance, new customer-focused solutions, increased electronic banking, and a diverse portfolio. Due to market competition, Bangladesh's central, foreign, and commercial banks may be hazardous. City Bank Limited may use my theoretical banking advice to capitalize on opportunities and prevent risks.
