    Abstract
    The Study depends on the analysis of Poultry industry in Bangladesh and additionally the evaluation of the internship understanding business statsergy at Mokam Limited. The internship program was held down by the supervision of Professor Dr. Md. Mohan Uddin, United International University, for the completion of the Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree. The basic aim of the report is to understand the Poultry business of Bangladesh and their show evaluation identifying challenges and opening opportunities for company in the competing market. Also study the operation of Mokam Poultry Bangladesh on this respect is the report's section as well. The overall report divided into six part, including Chapter-1 display the introduction of the poultry sector of Bangladesh as the report depends on Poultry industry, the purpose and importance of the report are identified the poultry industry, and the final part of the report which titled Chapter-6. The industrial study of the lubricating Poultry industry in Bangladesh, the barriers for the company, the problem they face, and the gap in the market that needs to be filled have been richly discussed in Chapter 2. On Chapter 3, a study of Mokam Poultry Ltd Bangladesh's administration is also explored, as is my five-month internship experience. Finally, on Chapter 5, the proposals that will assist the firm and myself expand more effectively to perform well in the rapidly developing competitive market are cited.
